JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are an experienced and passionate advertising sales professional looking for a new and exciting role in an ethical company whose mission is to empower women in finance then we’d love to hear from you!

Pink Investments is setting up a UK national sales team and is seeking a team of like-minded, like-hearted professionals who want to earn a living whilst making a difference in the world.

Our business is sponsored through advertising revenues and you will hand select each targeted sponsor/advertiser to ensure that their values and offerings fit with our own.

We are based on strong ethical principles and have a philanthropic base as one of our core values and aims.

Flexible hours, working from home you will be an independent agent working on a very generous uncapped commission of up to 40%.

The positions require people who have a tenacious appetite for securing new clients and for empowering women.

You will be used to managing your time effectively, thrive on self-motivation as well as being a great team player.

Your negotiation skills, confidence, impressive sales pitches and closing techniques will mean that you will excel in a target driven environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Advertising Sponsor Executive your main objectives will be:

• To identify and approach potential sponsors
• To close agreements over the phone, via email and in-person meetings.

You will accomplish this via your own experience and knowledge of your market sector and via outgoing business-to-business calls.

Your specific duties will include:

• The ability to clearly and concisely present the company’s advertising solutions Business to Business
• Building long-term relationships with customers/sponsors
• Meet performance goals on a consistent basis
• Represent the values of our company and brand as you serve as the voice and face of Pink Investments
• Participating in company conference calls with managers and peers on a variety of topics

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 You are articulate, persuasive and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

You have strong presentation skills and are disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to run a professional office.

Specific qualifications and experience include:

• Experience selling online advertising solutions to international, national and local businesses
• Successful track record of developing and managing self-initiated sales objectives
• Experience in Financial or Women’s Interest industries
•  Accustomed to and comfortable with being measured on your achievement of performance goals
•  Ability and willingness to take on the challenges of developing a new business unit
• Experience of working as a self-employed commission agent
• A valid driving license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Social Media and the internet.
