Our five financial mantras

The Sex and the City generation revealed that it lives by the mantra of seizing the day and damning the consequences of tomorrow.  In a recent survey, 2.6 million British women aged between 25-40 claimed to live for today or don't like to think about the future. From a financial perspective, this is a dangerous way to live and thankfully not an attitude adopted by the majority of women.

Therefore focus your mind on our financial mantras.  Mantras are very powerful tools of the mind and body, they will help you to retain focus and success even in difficult times. Women today are bombarded with streams of financial information, that can confuse and overpower our financial senses.

By bringing these mantras into your everyday life, you will be able to strengthen your internal focus. This will help you to achieve all the benefits that come with a wealth and wellbeing balance. Live by these mantras everyday.

Stop reacting emotionally to matters that involve money. Make educated and informed decisions. Change impulse choices to informed choices.
Resist the lure of debt, live within your means and be content with what you already have. 
Honestly and thoroughly review your current financial situation and identify where you can regain control and make savings.
Educate yourself about all aspects of money that impact on your everyday life. Retrain bad habits and replace with new positive practices. Increase everyday the amount of things you buy with cash until you have no further need for credit cards or borrowing.
 Live by these mantras every day. Reap the rewards with your new found focus and knowledge.
If you bring these five mantras into your daily routine you will become more mentally prepared to embrace new wealth and wellbeing information. Remember every non essential purchase you make is how you are choosing to invest your money. Bring your mantras into your decision making and start to consider your investments wisely.
